Registration / User Account

Can I share my account with a friend?
No. Your purchase is limited to single user access. For security reasons, your purchase may include a question limit to protect us from password sharing. If you reach this limit, additional questions will be added provided your account does not show an abusive pattern.

What happens if I forget my username and password?
If you cannot remember your login information, click HERE and we will send that information to you at the email address you used to register.


Training Courses

After purchase of a course, will I receive a CD?
No. All of our content is online. Once you purchase your course online, you can access your course from any computer that has internet access.

What is considered a passing score on the final course exam?
A score of 70% or higher is needed to pass the course final exam.

Does the site keep track of my course completion and final exam score?
Yes. The site keeps track of every course – provided that you complete each module in the course. The site also keeps track of every exam you take, the answers that you select, and the scores for each exam.

Can I pause my course or exam and come back to it later to complete?
Yes. Courses and exams can be paused at any time for later use. When you are ready to continue, simply go log-in to your account. Under "Start Your Training or Exam", select your paused course module or exam, and continue. NOTE: You have six (6) months to complete and pass the course from the time you start the first module of the course.

Can I review the exams that I have taken?
Yes. You can open and review any of your exams in your exam history and view the answers you selected, and whether you got them right or wrong. However, you cannot change your answers.

Do I receive a certificate when I am finished with the course?
Yes. After successful completion of the course and a score of 70% or higher on the final exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Water Environment Federation.

Are the CEUs approved by my state?
The certificate issued by the Water Environment Federation is a general certificate and lists the suggested amount of CEUs rated for that course. You are responsible for exploring your state’s requirements to receive proper credit.
